At Lavos Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your high-performance apparel. If your purchase doesn't meet your expectations, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn items with original tags attached into their original packaging to ensure they remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package at any authorized courier location and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange once the quality check is complete.
